Joanna Wrzesniewski is the principal of the law firm Kimmitt Wrzesniewski.

Joanna is licensed to practice law in British Columbia and in the state of New York.

Joanna’s areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate (Fee Simple Land and Westbank First Nations Land), real estate development and subdivision, strata property law, corporate and business law, information technology (IT) law and personal injury law.  Joanna carries on a complex solicitor practice, assisting both individual and corporate clients.

Joanna is involved in various professional and community organizations and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Kelowna Art Gallery and the Central Okanagan Hospice Association (COHA).

Joanna is the Treasurer of the National Real Estate Section of the Canadian Bar Association and the Vice Chair of the Real Estate Section of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law.
